The past couple of days cnn.com has been showing this really annoying ad. It's one of the typical refinance your mortgage ads that are always a little crazy, but this one is really odd. It pictures a freaky dancing clown on top of a house. Does a clown somehow imply trustworthiness or extremely low rates? Is the clown a mortgage broker? Can you imagine the conversation that went out when this ad was pitched?
